I am an Information Technology expert with moderate background in working with early childhood environments and education, a skilled communicator with experience delivering training content to customers with a varying range of IT-proficiency. I engage in consulting with customers and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define scopes and set project plans. I have the capability of managing complex, high-visibility technical projects and successful in handling social situations and learner relationship development.
