This course covered the principles, methodologies, and tools essential for successful project delivery, emphasising the coordination of resources, timelines, and stakeholders. Learnt about project initiation, scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and quality control
Learnt how to effectively support clients or employers remotely, leveraging digital tools and communication platforms. Covered a wide range of topics, including time management, organisational skills, customer service, administrative tasks, and technical proficiency with software and online platforms commonly used in virtual work environments. Gained practical experience in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, drafting emails, and handling data entry tasks as well as best practices for effective communication and collaboration in virtual settings, including remote team management and online meeting etiquette.
